Lapstone Barn is nestled in the Cotswolds, and is one of my favourite wedding venues. I’m so grateful to be on their list of recommended suppliers, and I always love shooting there!
Today, I’m whizzing you back to a beautiful Spring day with Jessica and Tom. We’re talking green and white florals with exquisite luxury decor adorning the venue throughout. The bride has recently started her own wedding ventures, ‘The Forever Edit’ and created her vision for Lapstone Barn effortlessly!
The barn featured vibrant bursts of greens and delicate whites down the aisle, which were also utilised later in the day for the ends of their trestle tables for their wedding breakfast. Weddings can unfortunately lead to a lot of wastage, so it’s really important to utilise what you can when it comes to your decor. Another great use of your ceremony decor is to use your ceremony table florals for your top table. Note that down!
The girls got ready in the Hayloft, whilst the boys got ready over in the farmhouse. Both are great locations for your preparations, and easy for me to nip over and capture a few snippets of the boys prep!
And of course, what wedding day is complete without those magical couple portraits? We snuck away for a few moments to capture their newlywed portraits whilst their loved ones found their seats ready for the incredible food.
This is inspiration heaven for those looking for luxurious spring wedding vibes! Here are some of my favourites, a feast for your eyes… enjoy!
